Notes: Preface to short story anthologyOf the entire anthology, although Mrs. Heinlein has said that the anthology was put together by others, this is not quite correct; RAH was one of four editors of the book, the others being Truman Talley, Walter Bradbury, Fred Pohl, and Judith Merril, who did most of the donkey work. Heinlein was one of the people who suggested contents and his main editorial contribution other than the introduction was an epistolary discussion of why he believed the stories belonged in the book.
